Storage:

The fruit that is from stage 2 to 4 can be stored at room temperature (64 to 70 degrees) in an area where the air circulates to continue ripening. The fruit that is in phase 4 to 5 should be stored at temperatures ranging from 36 to 45 degrees up to a week.
